Individual, couples and family counseling

Graduated from Antioch University Los Angeles with Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology. I also hold B.A. in Art History and the English Language and Literature, as well as Fashion Design and B.Ed. in Art Education.

My approach in therapy is to explore internal and external patterns, and awareness of those traits in order to enrich a client's life. I gravitate mostly towards the Psychodynamic and Positive psychology theories, tailoring my approach individually in order enable clients to strive on their positive and creative energy, discover and develop their goals, empower in their strengths, as well as collaborate on the skills for emotional and behavioral self-regulation. My life experiences introduced me to a multitude of diverse cultural learning opportunities that are incorporated in the work.

My  experience includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, parenting, life transitions, grief and loss, LGBTQ and entertainment industry issues.

I strongly believe in the healing power of empathetic therapeutic relationship, new beginnings, creativity and humor.

Fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
